THE WORKSHOP

Our products are custom-made and handmade, following the tradition of saddlery, but also with innovation regarding the design of new products and shapes.

AS PART OF MY CREATIONS, I ONLY USE :

Buckles from renowned houses :
a wide selection of buckles of high-quality brings originality to my creations.

The same saddlery leather than the best French saddle manufacturers :
of 3,5 to 4 mm of thickness, this specific kind of leather acquires patina over time and remains very solid and comfortable for the horse. These leathers are prepared following vegetable tanning methods with bark of oak tannins and are nourished with vegetable oils which result in full grain leather.

The very best leathers for the leather goods :
no need to introduce the barenia calfskin leather which is a full grain leather with natural finish and soft touch, and which is even more beautiful when aged and patinated.

A thread of highest quality :
stresses the gorgeousness of the saddle stitch, and above all lasts over time.

PROFESIONNAL EXPERIENCE :

Marie-France Burel completed her apprenticeship in England with a saddler appointed by Her Majesty the Queen. She then practiced as an independent saddler during 18 years.
In 1999, she became designer and head of production for a Parisian luxury saddlery. Again as an independent saddler, she currently offers you high-quality tailor-made leather goods.
